Tristan is a beautiful 8 year old boy who has severe AUTISM that has many athletic talents. Tristan hasn't spoken since he was 2 years old, one day I hope to hear you say "Daddy" again. I look forward to the day; when you and I can have that man-to-man talk.

My name is Joel and I live in the "Show Me State" Missouri. I own a business (Walnut Creek Outfitters LLC.) and our mission/goal is to provide an affordable product line of hunting & fishing gear that will increase the odds of encountering that elusive big whitetail buck, or netting a fish that only stories are made of…

Walnut Creek Outfitters is dedicated to not only providing expertise on the products we sell, but we also own private land around the beautiful State of Missouri. We manage several lake fisheries and dense forest acres for other outdoor enthusiast to enjoy.

Our family pledge is to pass down our outdoor heritage to many generations, that not only include our children of blood, but other children who have never had a fishing pole or piece of hunting equipment put into their hands. In today’s world, people are just too busy! While life flashes by fast, our future generations aren’t learning basic skills that hold true to our heritage such as fishing and hunting. Give a child a fishing pole or piece of hunting equipment, and you’ve given a tool that will bring bonding time with family/friends and memories that will last a life time!

29 1bs. bird with three beards is my best which was taken here around Kansas City. My buddy who's a taxidermist shot one with 5 beards, he wanted to score it but one of the spurs was knocked off.

those are some pretty nice birds. you kill that 29 pounder in early season, or is it common to see birds weighing in more than 25 lbs. you should have ur buddy get it scored, cause on a 1.25" spur length the score only drops 12-13 points. with an atypical bird its all about the total of those beards really, even with the missing spur i would guess he would be in the top 20 at least(for MO). you should get him to go on to nwtf.com and score it.

Missouri is turkey central! It's like going in the backyard and selecting which one you would like to shoot. Last years turkey crop was down according to the Missouri Dept of Conservation, but still the turkey numbers exceed most states in population in a bad year. Give me a holler anytime.

I have always wanted to try my luck in missouri, but have never cause i just live right across the river from st. louis in illinois so i hunt eastern here but i have always heard about the huge toms up in north to northwest MO. what's the biggest bird you have killed in MO.

Thanks JT! I see you're located in Joplin, MO which is about an hour or so from my property in Hume, MO. If you love to fish I have several strip pits & lakes which hold big bass, crappie, & blue gills. Give me a ring sometime, you can get the number from my website: www.walnutcreekoutfitter.com

I used to adventure to Joplin frequently when I was going to college at MSU.

Look forward to hearing from you soon! Keep up the great hunting shows and promoting our heritage to the younger generation!
