No Dove Season here in Mi. The Early Goose Season opens on 9/1 and runs through the 15th with a 5 per day bag limit. Got a few birds around but it's still early for the young un's to be flyin and it's still HOT. Hopefully we'll get a break from the heat soon and get into some good hunt'n weather. Last year I hunted out of my X-land'r in shorts on opening day. I don't want to do that again.

hey man, seein any ducks over there? dove season is a mere 33 days away. i go from dove opener the 1st of september, to goose opener on the 6th, to a bear and deer hunt with my bow from the 13th to the 24th, then i am back home for 2 days before duck opener on the 27th. after that, only 3 weeks till pheasents. oh, and then onto deer......
Wow, well as of now ducks are few and far between, but that's okay I know everything will be ok! Seems like you got a lot of stuff planned, good luck with it all! Where I am working I made 2 new friends and they want me to come hunt with them, who know do some calling for them basically, but hey I love to call! I also got invited to go to Nodak with my buddy and his dad so I look forward to that! These last few days I have been in contact with Echo calls and been trying to get on their Pro Staff, well I ended up getting the ok. I had to blow a little bit for Kent Cullun and he gave the head nod to Rick. I'm pretty excited!
