hey dave, you ever seen the gaurd traps? they are single long spring traps with a little coil spring flipper thing that sets on the spring when its set, and extends over the closed jaws, do you know what the hell there for? well see you later.
The kind of trap you are talking about is also called a stoploss trap. These are used in shallow water sets when drowning is not an option, made for muskrat and mink. The guard is designed to come up and prevent the animal from twisting out. That guard also makes for a nice thumb whacker. Later Dave
Hey, Your comment to Country_Boy_12 about Chevy's. Your retarded. You don't even own the trucks you say you have so you have no room to talk. When you get a real truck that is in your name, you tell me. Then you can pick on Chevy's and dodges because right now, your just talking out your ass!
you aint ever online whene i get on here!, thought id stop by and talk for a while, you been doin any trappin? i ran my line day before yesterday and got 1 cyote 1 coon 2 possums and a squirrel, i hadnt checked em in three weeks though we had a huge ice storm down here, lots of cleanin up to do, well ill talk to you later i reckon.
Sorry for the slow reply. The only thing in season now is beaver.I don't have any beaver traps out but I did do a coon removal for a families house in town.It was a good sized female (about15 pounds) with four babies.
