Yea, we had a great time. It was an excellent experience and we'll probably plan on seeing you again next year, first weekend of the season. Those jake's will all be good birds. We will definitely stay in touch, maybe look into that bear hunt too. Clede had to go back to work but I (Matt) went out and got a bird at my place today - 1" spurs 9" beard. 4th bird we took off our property since Friday.

Turkey season is among us in Maryland. Remember to stay quiet, don't move and cover up.

Spring tip: Make the lead hen fight you in your calls and she will come after you. The gobbler will chase the lead hen and that is how you get them henned up gobblers to come out and play :)
