I have seen this a few times, Is some one feeding the deer here? It looks like they must be eating something?
As soon as the roadsides started melting up north there were a ton of Moose and Deer on the roadside eating. Maybe someone was putting down food. But, it also could have been that the tracks were melting out before other places and allowed them to get down to the ground easier.

No. There are a few circulating around from folks at work who have relatives up North. As their relatives scan them, they send me a copy to post.
I have seen this a few times, Is some one feeding the deer here? It looks like they must be eating something? It sure was a hard year for them here. I had a big 10 pointer come in looking for food this winter with a really messd up knee, he could hardly get around. I only had him here a week and a half, and never saw him again, it broke my heart. He was 5 and a half, I fed him since he was a yearling. I fed the deer for about 6 years here, and then wasn't going to this year, but a few came in , so I couldn't help it. then they all dissapeared end of Jan. because they were cutting about a mile away, guess they all went there. I wouldn't hunt here though because of that, I went to another piece of land I own a few miles away. Anyway, neat pic. did you take it?
