Holy Carp!!! Gator is surprisingly good eattin'. Had it at Cajun restaurant acouple years ago and it was yummy.

Nice Gator - Congrats! That tail would not only be great to eat (Gator Kabobs), but the outer portion would make a cool backside archery quiver.  I can't wait to see the hunt on your show!
