They are sooo cute. Maybe next year with all the clearing we have done, we may have some bluebirds too.
I hope you do - they are so neat to have around. I love to hear them sing! These little ones flew away with the adults within days of this photo and I didn't get to see them leave this year!

Yes, our backyard. We have six bluebird houses up, the tree swallows usually fill most of them first thing in the Spring but past 3 years we have had one Bluebird pair come later in summer and use one for a nest. Guess this is one advantage to having a field for a backyard!
