I was out sunday in the snow storm West Rush Lake 2 hours limited out on crappies. The action was pretty steady scored a couple walleye to. No good pics because it was snowing so hard couldn't see anything, will try to fix them though... We got atleast 10 inches of ice, even saw a car on the lake. Life or death car or 4 wheeler we took the 4 wheeler!!!! Still kickn. 

We are now ice fishing on most medium to small lakes. I have even seen some permanent fish houses out already!!! The crappie bite is on will post some pics on my page soon!!!

Some bays in the lakes have about 4 inches of ice now. A freind of mine, a very brave man has already ventured out. Crappies on the ice oh ya!!! I will be out there soon!!

We are starting to ice on the lakes. Small lakes and ponds frozen already. Couple more weeks and we should be fishin.

The short but sweet the 2008 deer season has ended for me do to lack of tags. First year bow hunting got my first deer with a bow. (hooked 4 life) Shot gun season ended 2 hours into the season with my biggest buck to date an 11 point awesome BBD. So now it is time to ICE fish!!!! Wish you all the luck I have left over.
