a.Acting in haste just for the sake of action will make you careless.The natural tenddency in a stress situation is to to run.but you must overcome this and think of your objective.
b.If you act in haste,you may lose or forget eqipment.and may become disoriented and not know your location.
c.If the enemy is close and you have to react quickly to avoid capture,you can still move with a purpose.
