so this is where you write a blog whatever that is . what i am here for is to put a statement to the test ? they say that walking is good for you an easy cheap way to get back into shape well here i go ,my new job involves walking all day about 3 1/2 to 4 miles a day outdoors up hill down hill and on flats on roads of all kinds checking power poles for the local power companies.so i think that is a real good test what do you think?
i willstart counting today i walked about 4 miles to day mostly up hill < what a killer> my legs are hurting but i will live/
