Today I was off work and spent most of the day out in the yard cleaning and hauling off junk, with everything starting to bloom and turning green, it was a wonderful day to be outside, I finally finished (did all I was going to do) and decided to saddle my horse and go out for a ride, I rode down where I deer hunt, one place is on an old gas-line down in the woods, I saw 2 big ole fox squirrel, one was sitting on a stump, looked so pretty, he had a broad white blaze covering most of his face, I went on thru the woods, everything so peaceful and quiet, crossed the creek and in the mud, deer and coon tracks were everywhere, crossed the highway, and went into the cutover that I hunt, went down the roadbed & headed for the creek, watched my horses ears go up &...5 white tails straight up bouncing across the cutover, I had about rode ontop on them...looked like some big bellies on some of them too!..I mean, how can it get any better than that!
