Black Bear Brown Color Phase

Photographed this bear last summer in Grand Teton National Park.  Although he is brown in color this is a black bear.  For more  of my photos check out Moose's Wild America.

I used to see these all the time where I was horse wrangling up around Cimarron, NM...some were almost blond...
