I just bought a guitar with hopes to learn how to play. I know a guy that has played since the 60's. He's showing me some things. I've got a DVD and of course the internet. Lots of info out there. Most of it confusing to me at this point but its fun. I've picked up a few things already in the week I've had it. My guitar is a Fat Strat. My freind says it sounds just like his so I guess I did good on my first guitar. I got a deal I couldn't pass up. Its new and I got an amp and all that I needed.
Anyway who else plays. I'm liking it so far. What tips do you have for me? good websites?
