TwisterNock is a mechanical nock(Spring loaded). It rotates the arrow on your bow string as soon as you release. It completely stabilize the arrow before it leave the bow. Yes that is true, the arrow leaves the bow completely stabilized. In order to keep the arrow stabilized down range minimum fletching is required.  This result is much better accuracy and higher speed. The best way to compare it is the rifling on the gun. It increase accuracy and speed of the bullet.

I have taken it to many shows with me. Some people are happy with their set up and do not want to change. they come up with all excuses, it is too soft or it has too much movement, and all I say is, just put it on your arrow and shoot it. It takes only one or two shot to convince even the most critics of its superior accuracy, speed and penetration. A gentleman who bought some at a show send me the following email:

" hi jeff, i tried the twister last knight hunting on my property. i made a 20 yard shot through a 4inch hole in a scrub bush the hog was hideing under, normaly i would have waited for that kind of shot but after practiceing with the twister knocks i knew it was going to be a kill shot.    BILLY. "

I spoke to him on the phone to get more of the story. He shot the Hog quartering away with 100 gr. G5 Montec broad head. The arrow made a complete pass trough breaking 3 ribs and part of the spine. He was using the TwisterNock with soft vanes just as shown in this pic.

When talking to him, he made a very good point. Due to his shoulder injury he cannot pull more that 50LB. At 27" draw length it is difficult to stabilize the arrow with broad heads unless you are using bigger vanes that results in less arrow speed. I have heard the same point from other archers who have shorter draw length and shoot less than 60lb bow. They are all impressed with the speed they are getting using the TwisterNock.
