Hey man, I hear ya about school taking over your life. Between classes and work it seems like there isn't time in the day for anything else. But the 18th will be here soon, and it will be nice to be back in the woods again. Went fall turkey hunting this past saturday afternoon. Managed to smoke a young hen...more of a big chicken then a turkey haha. but it will eat good and it was a nice way to kick off the season, I hope the good luck carries over to bow hunting.

Got my Stingers last weekend, they're shootin' great, and shaaarrrrrrp! I bought a small cheap Smith's sharpener tool, maybe it will do the job. But I'm ready to roll, can't wait! Are you in the bow contest?

That's awesome, i've been real impressed with them so far, they just look nasty on the end of an arrow too! Yeah i'm in the bow contest this year, Team 40 baby! haha i'm actually a little intimidated some of the guys on my team are from like pike county ill. or have hunts planned in alberta and stuff. Hell if i get a little crotch horn with my bow i'll be happy haha. But it should be fun either way, and a cool way to get to know a few more guys. What team are you on?

I've actually never sharpened broadheads either. I will have to look into a good sharpening set, or just find someone who is good at it and talk them into doing it for me haha. I just got in from shooting and after a little tuning i got those stingers hitting pretty good.

Yeah I'm gonna get the 4 blade Stingers at basspro when I go to the beach in a couple of weeks. They're supposed to be very good broadheads. Also come with a lifetime warranty. If you break it, need replacement bleeder blades, or just can't sharpen it good enough anymore, they send you new ones for free. That's what I like, no buying replacements. I'm looking forward to shooting them for sure. Let me know how they shoot for you!

Yeah the lifetime warranty was def another selling point for me. Do you plan on resharpening them yourself? I would like to be able to touch them up on my own but I don't know if I'm skilled enough. I can put a decent edge on a knife but I've never been able to get a real shaving sharp edge like you need on a broadhead.
