Thats really cool...usually we shoot in our backyard...my dad is getting ready to go to GA but i cant go bc i have to go to skool...he is stoked...i wanted to go with him but...the season starts Sept 13 i think...
Ive seen 2 shooters in one spot and 2 in another. One place is bow only, but where I can gun hunt is where the 2 biggest ones were. Thats where Ill be opening day trying to tag one with my bow. I havent had my first bow kill yet though, so Ill see how that plays out. If they walk down past my stand, it'll be a top pin shot, so I hope Im on the right trail. I also got into a hunting club this week of 1900 acres, that last year had 2 12 pts, a 9 with a drop tine, and a non-typical that they guess about 180 class, but it was completely nocturnal, and theyre doing a bunch of logging this year, so I dont know how productive that spot will be. I havent really heard of any monsters in Fla... Ohio on the other hand... well I aint gotta tell you what runs around in those woods
