Hey everybody! I wanted to write to tell ya'll about my weekend.
Friday, my husband and I went to Cades Cove. We were out by one of the churches taking a walk, when out of the corner of my eye, I see something dark. Well, ya know how normally you do that and it is a shadow, or a bug, or nothing at all.....well, this was something, this was a big damn bear! It just kept walking towards us, and not at a very slow pace. He kept on till he was right in front of us, like 8 yards away, if it was that far! Then he just walked on by like we weren't even there! He had a tag in each ear, and the whole time I couldn't get my mind off of, " I wonder what he got those tags for?".  I seriously thought we were about to be front page news! It was very exciting though. I love bears, very, very,very much, and to have the chance to be that close to one, oh man, I can't even find the words. I tell you what though, my sorry a** camera didn't take the first picture! I hate my camera.
Okay, so Saturday. Saturday was tame. We went fishing late in the day. I caught 5 redeye, and 1 smallmouth. Eric caught 2 smallmouth and 4 redeye. One of his smallmouths was good. None of my fish were really anything to brag about, but they all thought they were!
