Well, we didnt catch but 12 red bellies, but we had fun. The water is still too high for good fishing....Maybe in a week or so we will do better.
We got all of our peanuts up and sold last week....THANK GOD! We were a little behind because of the hurricane and tropical storms. We got a good price for them which is GREAT.....Now we are trying to finish up all the hay fields.
Bow season started and muzzleloader is coming up, We soent a little time in the woods this weekend too.....Looks kinda promising down there, LOTS of buck sign....YEEHAW!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to take a minute to thank you for being a member of the Women Deer Hunters group. I have been kind of busy this summer and haven't had a whole lot of time to spend on CamoSpace but the group has grown without me! I am pleased to see that we have 120 members in the group. Be sure to invite any of your friends that would like to join.
There are forum topics to add to or feel free to start one of your own. Deer hunting season is almost here for us in Maine but it has already arrived in other places. We would love to see your deer posted with a story of the hunt.
It would be a great time to post a venison recipe that we can try with the fresh venison that will be gracing our table.
Thanks again, gals, for making this such a great group. Good luck with your hunt!! Click HERE to visit my website, Katahdin Creations of Maine for great deer, turkey and bear crossing signs plus other wildlife products. CamoSpace members get a 10% discount by entering "CamoSpace" in the voucher blank at checkout.
