Bill hasn't gotten anything yet. I shot at a doe but it was too high in the shoulder. She healed up. Missed a turkey the other evening. Going out this afternoon maybe I'll be lucky and get a halloween buck. I called a friend I hunt on to make sure she didn't have any youth hunters in on her. She'd seen a monster go thru their yard in the middle of the night, so just maybe I'll have some luck. I need to get a blind up on another lease I have. They've been seeing a monster every evening at the same time. Just a bit of a drive there. Hoping if finances work do get the lease on a real good spot I've hunted before next year.

I have seen a few does and small bucks, but they were either too far away or WAAAAY too close to shoot. I need to move my stand because the deer are walking RIGHT next to my ladder stand, one of them even brushed my ladder. Good luck to you too this fall.

Well Andy, how is the team doing? I haven't heard from any of the other group in KS so I hope they are at least seeing something and hopefully getting a shot at Heartbreak. I hope your hunt goes as well also, good luck and God bless.
