Thank you. I just got one to get a little closer to a corn field that they feed in. I did check out the grunt call info and it helped me greatly. I called in a monster 12 a lil before dark and I heard him coming down towards me. He sounded like a cow running through the woods. I actually had him at 12 yds broad side but my bow hanger was in the way and it would have ruined my bow if I let it fly. I now know to hang it higher. I waited a little longer and I finally had a clear shot at 30. It was to dark then and i couldnt see through my peep. I knew better and didnt shoot or id never see him again. Thanks for your help
That's a great decision, when you finally get him you'll be glad you made it!
Hello, Is it a mistake to set a blind up in the morning in a feeding area and hunt out of it that night?
I typically try to set my blinds/stands the same way I hunt, scentfree. During the rut making noise is not a really a bad thing, try to work without excessive noise, go in with a plan and be quick. If the wind was right I would hunt the same day I set up without hesitation. Good luck to you, did you check out the grunt info?
The Postal Service created a stamp with a picture of President Obama on it,
but noticed that the stamp was not sticking to envelopes. This enraged the
President, who demanded a full investigation. After a month of testing and
$1.73 million in congressional spending, a special Presidential commission
presented the following findings:
1.The stamp is in perfect order
2.There is nothing wrong with the glue
3.People are spitting on the wrong side
Hello. I was wondering if you could give me some advice on my grunting technique. I need help on it. Thanks
I only use the grunt during the rut and I am careful not to overuse it when I carry it. I have only ever heard bucks grunt maybe 4-5 times in the years I have hunted so it's not a common thing! Three soft grunts every 30 minutes is a good rule. Check out www.pabucks.com for some good info plus audio, also I use a Quakerboy Brawler, see www.quakerboy.com and under Products go to Audio/Video and check out the add for the Brawler, has a few short lessons and audio. Hope this helps and good luck. Remember your chances are much improved if you are grunting in an area where there is buck sign(rubs/scrapes).
you are such a dork!!!!! and i'd say u are turning into a little jesse... ha ha ha jk
