Got to love a pork sholder. As a matter of fact i think i need one to. Just something to hold me over till the real eating starts.
I am trying a new method for me, at deer camp last week some friends put one in a crock pot with tomatoes and rotel, let it cook all day. When we got in from hunting that day you could smell it a mile away, was great stuff too. Made it into barbecue pork the next day, was even better.
HEY THANKS FOR THE VISIT AND OF COURSE THE COMMENT..HOPE YOUR DAY IS GOING GREAT..WEEKEND....FAST APPROACHING
PEACE/NBTWEEN

In southern n.y. shotgun season opens on sat. If it all work's out I will be filling the freezer and maybe something for the wall. Good luck and have a safe season.
I like to take a fat doe first. Meat is always good way to start a season off. If I get something for the wall it is even better. Have a great and safe season.
Thanks and you have a great and safe season as well..!!
