No ducks, didn't get to go! But I hear you on the sheds I can't wait to go. Shasta and I are more than ready for thanksgiving. I can't eat the food but I can and will be duck hunting. LOL.
have you thought of hunting the snake river area below blackfoot for a good white tail? i have a buddy that killed a beast there last year.. 3rd in the state of idaho... need a river boat to get in there though
how did your hunting season go hope you did good no elk for me this year but thats why they call it hunting not shooting
well i only had one opportunity on a big bull with my bow and he won that time... but i still have a few days cuz my tag turned into a cow tag til the middle of november... so hopefully i'll have elk this weekend
cool you will have to post a pic when its done i also do taxidermy in my spare time. got any suggestions for my xtra whitetail doe tag im headed your way this weekend to try to find one. im going to the hiece area i got one there last year.
If I had a doe tag I would also head to Heise. That river bottom will have some deer in it. Good luck.
your 05 buck is sweet hope you mounted that one i would have hope you had a good hunting season
Thanks. I did get him mounted. I am also getting the whitetail I shot this year mounted. He is the best one I ever killed, in an area that is not known for big bucks.

Beautiful sheds you found last weekend. I still can't believe how tall they were.
I can't big game hunt the rest of the year but antler season is not to far off and we still have duck hunting and sturgeon fishing.
