name is randy love to hunt whitetail, turkey, and fox. live on the eastern shore of md. married i'd say your regular redneck or shorebilly. late hunter started in 2004 at age 37. Got my first deer a 10 pt buck 2 1/2 yr old 12" inside spread. not big but tickled with first deer. just started bow hunting this year love it seen more bucks and bigger bucks but just having bad luck drawing back and getting one.
Turkey season is among us in Maryland. Remember to stay quiet, don't move and cover up.
Spring tip: Make the lead hen fight you in your calls and she will come after you. The gobbler will chase the lead hen and that is how you get them henned up gobblers to come out and play :)
we did that last week also and also quail . We had a blast that was my second time doing that and i look foward to it every year from here on out. If there is a hunters anonomous I should be apart of it . I am loking foward to fishing now though. But still can't wait until next season.

alrite thanks for the commentyeah i was pretty excited..... but i didnt know if i should mount it cause almost every buck down has a spread of over 20 inches....... the biggest one has been a 7 point with a 28 inch spread... ahha thats big.
Our bow deer season started last of September and rifle started the first weekend in November and it all end the first full weekend in January. I'll be going out next Tuesday work has kept me out of the woods.
Enjoy the time off and don't forget to keep an eye on us here, we are planning something big over the weekend :)
