I saw one nice buck while mowing food plots in early May. That has been it so far.
I caught several bass last month in my pond. I need to find the time now to go after some bluegill. How about you?

Hot is misleading. Las Cruces, NM, where I was living, averages about 15% humidity. (0 degrees is perfectly comfortable. Here in NY, 85 degrees and 90 % humidity is awful. I seat a lot more in NY in summer than I did in NM.

The trails were awesome! We can't wait to go back. I will post some pictures later this week when I have time. We rode our Honda Rubicon.

Ya, I like it quit a bit. Pretty fun to do after shed hunting and turkey hunting is over.
We found around 10 pounds which is more than I care to eat.
Fun part is just being out in the timber.
