Im Rusty.
I like to hunt with my Bow, Hand Gun, Black Powder.
I also like to go Fishing with my Kids.
I shot competitively with the United States
Practical Shooting Assosiation, also know
as "USPSA", International Defence Pistol
Assosiation, or "IDPA"
well thanks but it wont be easy this year. lost my job and lost the hunting lease also. worked a deal and did some work for a guy to hunt some land. shot a doe and a six point the was asked to leave the land. just not going my way this year. was able to get a part time job at the local gun club as a range officer/shooting coach but the pay sucks but i do get to shoot all day thats a plus
Man that sucks. I hate to see anyone lose their job. Then to lose your hunting grounds. Thats like a arrow in the heart. I thank God for being able to keep my current job. Things can change in a heart beat anymore. We are still hunting the same ground we've hunted for 30 years now. My stand is 15 mins from the house. The heard has really shrunk over the years and the choice of bucks has faded away. Poaching and over harvesting by the Amish farmers in the county have ended any chances of the good years we had. Fingers crossed my plans for starting a sizeable food plot and building elevated hunting blinds will bring things around for better hunting.

Not much going on here. The weather sucks for bow season. Either its too windy or always raining....fingers are crossed I'll get lucky this year. Good luck to you.
hi thanks the note yes i have been hunting with a handgun for 6 years. where i live the swamp are thick and shots are limited to 60-70 yards so why not but my love is to hunt with my bow good luck this year
I understand as the conditions are the same in East Texas. I usually take my 6.8 AR Rifle rather than my traditional bolt action. There were moments which I have used my SIGP220 45 on hogs before especially on two occassion where I got charged.
