my season wasnt bad I shot a nice spike in winslow and miss a big 8 point at fort dix. I had plent of chances at does but let them all pass. Did a lot of bird hunting this year also. How was your season? where do you hunt?
I hunt my property in Marlton and some state woods. My season went pretty good considering i got to spend alot of time in the woods. Passed on a ton a small bucks all throughout the season and a borderline 6 because it was only october. Had 2 encounters with 2 really nice 8 pointers but about 10 yards out of my comfort zone with the bow. Took the 7 in my pic in late november. Overall its been a pretty good season. I have been really hitting the woods hard shed hunting the past couple weeks and have had a ton of luck. Found 8 sheds and unfortionatly 3 dead bucks. 2 of the bucks score over 130 rough scored one 8pt around 134 it has a 23 inch spread and the other i have not scored but it is a ginat 10pt with about a 22 inch spread with longer tines and more mass then the 8 so it will go over 140. You do any shed hunting this year yet?
