A guy goes hunting and gets lost in the woods. Remembering the universal distress signal of 3 shots, he fires 3 shots into the air and waits.

After an hour he fires 3 more shots. Another hour goes by and still no one comes to help. Preparing for the next sequence he says to himself,

"I hope somebody comes this time because these are my last three arrows."

I dont have a clue what these deer are doin right now..I still havent seen nuttin since I seen those 4 bucks last weekend..not even so much as a doe..

change your approach maybe. the wind has been blowing down here and that has our deer hanging low. i have noticed that our deer are about two weeks ahead of schedule this year. serious pre rut! with the wind blowing i've started stalking more and i've seen 3 to 1 more deer this week. no shooters yet, but i'm getting real close. i jumped a stud, i nearly stepped on this dude and he scared the shoot out of me when he bolted.

sounds like a good place too.after all deer got to eat sometime.i hope you get a chance at a monster this year....one so big his back feet cant even touch the ground cause his horns are weighing him down.lol

not telling you what to do or anything,but if you have a water hole around anywere you hunt.get on top of it...deer even big bucks need water.i've taken many good deer early season over water.just a suggestion.

It was an acident that I seen those bucks..
I know what you mean I was out yesterday and seen 7 doe and 2 bucks but not the 1 I was watchin before season its like he vanished
