[quote="WildCheff"]Cooking is always going well...sending out a media kit to a television Exec today...hoping for good results as he is tied in to many major Networks...

Did a dinner party last weekend for some of my Pro-Staff and put out some great appetizers like smoked trout mouse and fruit...a few bottles of wine later we moved to dinner and I made them a Cajun themed Buffalo Bracciole (Buffalo steak stuffed with a crawfish and veggie stuffing) and did a mesculin salad with goat cheese, 2 types of fresh cherries, walnuts and an orange muscat champagne vinaigrette...then for dessert served them an Italian ricotta pie with strawberries and fresh whipped cream :)

You hungry yet???

Wow! That sounds absolutely delicious! I can almost taste it all! YUM YUM!

What's cookin' lately Rev???

Had some rainbow trout for dinner, some spicy venison stew for lunch and some home-grown black berries for breakfast! Ah yes...nature's bounty is good!!

Hey...while I'm thinking about it...I recently became the host of an outdoors themed radio show and I hope to do an episode on wild game cooking in the near future. Any chance you'd like to be a guest? It's a half hour show..the first half focusing on something outdoor related and the second half I tie in something about the faith. If you're interested, please shoot me an email at revclassen@yahoo.com

What's going on Denny...I'm gearing up for this coming duck and dove season with my son, trying to update the design of www.PurnsleyOutdoors.Com and making a few connections with outfitters. I acquired some new affiliates as well. I'm entertaining doing videos this year, but time is not on my side...I am still pushing forward with the ideal anyway!
