Thought I would stop by with a great BIG ol howdy from Montana.
Thanks my friend. I am a Montana native. I hated the way the easterners and Californians came in and raped Montana. That's why I left. I was born and raised in eastern Montana. Loved it until the mid 80s. I spent a ton of my young life traveling the whole state. I worked oilfields and had a ton of time off. I hated drugs, drinking and women at that time so I spent all my time and money hunting and fishing the whole state. I tried to get the outfitting going in Montana and ran right into the BS that comes from the imported non-native style legislators. Strange how a bunch of politicians believe they can run the game and fish better than the biologists. Just not a friendly place for outfitters. I even challenged the good ole boy network involved in the politics of Montana outfitters. Game and fish folks just said its out of their hands. It's all been taken over by the legislature. Go figure. Sorry I guess I just took off there. And all you did is say hi. By the way --- Hi buddy. I really do love Montana, its home for me. However I hate where it has gone the past few years. That's why I am in Wyoming right now. There I go again -- you just caught me on a bad day. I really don't have a bad attitude normally. I am still going to try to get up to hunt my old stomping grounds this year. Thanks for the shout out buddy. Next time I won't have the bad attitude. Hopefully. Bugleward
Finally the temperature is going up and the price of gas going down here in Montana. That's what I'm talking about!! I've noticed that John Wayne is in a lot of peoples HEROES section in their profiles. Wasn't he an actor? Weren't all those "heroic" characters he portrayed fiction? Now our soldiers, sailors and veterans they are heroes. Some of them people need to rethink who their heroes should be. PS: I am just in a wilee mood today, so don't mind me.
Thank you for the friend request. That's quite an awesome story about your buck this year. I also read your blogs and enjoyed them as well. If you get a chance read my blog Suburban Redneck. I always have my little Bible in my pack when I head out into the woods. I'm surprised that I have never heard that acronym for the BIBLE and I'll be using that one in the future. Looking forward to hearing more from you. God Bless and good hunting.
