Not a fan of antelope meat, huh? I love the stuff - except for the funny texture! Agree with you on the elk hunting - man it's flat hard to beat that!

Good luck with getting the wife into hunting - I think I'm making good progress with my wife...she's talking about wanting to do it, now - that's a start!
