watching a deer drop is the best feeling ever, i have only killed one with a muzzeloader all i saw was smoke, it on the ground, and the other deer that was with it running over the top of the hill!
Just figured I'd update you. Turned out to be a really gorgeous day today... not a rain drop in sight. Caught my trout in the first two mins I was out there (I think some of the others were a bit annoyed, but I chalk it up to beginner's luck). My boyfriend caught a trout in the next two minutes...then after that I just loaded up on the sunnies (prob 11 or so). Fun was had by all.
