so does the deer herd look in maine this year?..............if looks pretty good here in kentcky, but i beleive the size of the bucks will be down, alot of people killed little bucks last year because of all of the hot weather last year, and no rain

Yes I did. Thanksgiving week 2006 here in Maine. No snow made for an uneventful week but it was an experience just the same. I have known Lanny since the early 90`s when I worked for a factory Ski-Doo race team. I first met him and Lane at the World Championship in Eagle River Wisconsin.
They were here in Northeast Pa. at a show this winter and unfortunately I could not make it. If they are anything like they are in the videos, it must have been a heck of a time!

If I do get drawn I will be hunting around Moravia Iowa. A guy I know from here in Maine does some guiding out there.

You can't go wrong in that area as long as the place doesn't see too much pressure. Have ran into some guys that would have been better off hunting public. Good luck and post the picture of a big ole corn fed hawg!
