THIS IS THE 3RD WEEKEND OF THE SEASON IN MD. I HAVE ALL READY KILLED A LONGBEARD A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO BUT WE DIDN'T CALL HIM IN HE BUT THE BIRDS WHERE JUST USING THE FEILD WHERE WE SET UP. THE PROPERTY ME AND MY DAD HAVE TO HUNT IS UNIQUE IT IS 150FT WIDE AND 3000FT DEEP (LONG) WITH 2 OTHER HUNTING CLUBS ON BOTH SIDES OF US SO THAT VERY LIMITED FOR RUNNING AND GUNNING. Killed this gobbler in Kentucky Sunday morning at 8:10. Called him in with a hen in tow. Shot him at 51 yards. 9.5" beard, 7/8" spurs.  No scales handy, but he was pretty healthy, This is only my 2nd bird, but first one that I called in.
