The Pennsylvania Game Commission has not had a license increase in nearly ten years. The last in 1999. A proposal for 2009 deer season for NC is on private land to use any weapon that you wish from second week in September till January 1. This is going to have serious consequences to Bowhunters, Bow Shops, and small bow shop dealers. This will also hurt the deer population/trophy status.
