Took another trip out to my favorite hunting spot yesterday to check on the corn, deer cane and to check the trail camera. Once again, the corn was pretty much gone, and the deer are starting to work up the ground where the deer cane is located. My memory card on the trail camera was maxed out with 340 pics. The Game Commission recently finalized the purchase of about 6500 acres here in Elk County. Much of that land had been closed to public hunting for many years due to be part of a hunting lease. That land had been, and still is, bordered with “No Trespassing” signs. Some people have stated that they would volunteer some time to help remove those signs.
