  The New Jersey Assembly has approved a bill that would allow deer hunting on Sundays with a bow and arrow.

Senate Bill 802, sponsored by Senator Stephen Sweeney (D-3), authorizes licensed bow hunters to hunt deer on Sundays on private property or on state wildlife management lands during deer season. While USSA would prefer the bill to be open to firearms as well, this effort is a step in the right direction in New Jersey as Sunday hunting has been prohibited for over 100 years.... Read More
