Went dove hunting today with my good friend Jon.  Got out there early to shoot skeet.  Then got to our place by the tank around 3.  Saw several birds flying, but they were so high in the sky they were way out of range.  Disappointing.  But, it was a shady, breezy day so it was great to be outside.  I'm wondering if tomorrow they will be flying after this front blows through...... Every now and again hunting can be a funny thing. Most of the time we wait until the last half, if not the last day of the trip or season to fill a tag. Georgia bow season opened on Sept. 13, Boy is it HOT! Ticks are every where, skeeters tearing me apart, noseeums killing my hands. I was sitting in my treestand getting eatten a live so i pulled out my theracell i just got.It works real good but i also think it repells the deer.It say ODOR FREE,great for hunting,deer can't smell it.I could smell it,I think it gave off a strong oder.Has anyone else tried it?... Read More
