ABOUT ME
My name is colton carrick, im 19 years old . i am going to hocking college this fall for forsest managment. I have been hunting and trapping with my dad ever since i could walk. I buy deer hides at my house and then sell them to a bigger dealer. I also scrape coon for a fur buyer during the fall.

I went home last weekend to hunt and sat in the rain and snow to see a few lil bucks and about 10 does about 70yds from me and then Saturday morn I saw a big hoser but he was atleast 150 out...so I had no luck! Hows it goin fer you? I wont be back this weekend but tuesday is my last day so I'll be home wednesday through sunday so we gotta get out sometime in there!
K sounds good. Im havin a super bad year in the stand i jus have no luck this year i missed a doe tonight n havent seen any of the big bucks since about 3 weaks ago.

I had the largest eight point I have ever seen at 40 yards last week for ten mins. I did not get a shot justed played stomp ad flinch. I filled one doe taga and could have several others but one is enough. I could have take a couple small bucks but passed waiting for the book deer.
This has been my slowest deer season so far, just aint havin much luck in the stand killd a big doe n thats it. seen a couple shooter bucks but thats as far is it went
You going home this weekend? I hear rut is in full swing so I'm makin the trip...lemme know if you do and we'll drink some brewskies!

I got him about 2 months ago hes doin real good i got him from chip. he treed a bunch of coon with him last year hes only 14 months old
I didn't know that! Well then over Christmas we're definitely gonna have to get out and do some coon huntin!

Well i can say things some what slowed down from the first part of the season . I aqm not doing to bad but could be better and yes the coon do look good this time of year . I'M hopping to get more before the first shippment Im at 22 con, 6 beaver , 1 badger , 6 or so rat's few skunk, and am after otter as well so thats it from my end TTYL . kevin

Its goin, me n schneider hsve been huntin 3 super nice bucks all week. we aint got school on tuesday so were gunna hunt all day n hopefully put um down.
You suck, I haven't been able to get home yet and I guess the young bucks are just love crazy right now! the old man used his grunt and got 3 of 'em to come in and they were PISSED! haha
Well it is starting out great I got 6 beaver , 3 rat's 1 badger so far and picked up another coon and few possums today should have a few more beaver in the morning found couple new lodges so wish me luck .
