Hunting was always my main interest but as I get older I am more interested in developing habitat. Taking a piece of ground that has little habitat value and transforming it into a haven for quail, pheasant, turkey, deer, & rabbit is very fulfilling. Since 1989 this has been my passion on 400 acres in northwest Indiana.
I still love to hunt. Quail and pheasant hunting is my #1. I have trained quite a few bird dogs.Next on my favorites list is turkey hunting, then elk, then deer, then dove and rabbit. OhOh , moose too. Oh yea I love duck & goose hunting too; especially early teal season. I confess, I am a hopeless hunting nut.

Not a lot of time for TV, but I do watch The Unit on Sun. night and then there is sports (Cubs, Bears, Bulls.)

GOD. He is like Bounty.......He is the quicker picker upper..and He can handle the tough jobs..and He won't fall apart on you.

I was a realtor in Chicago for all of my adult life and sold my business in Jan. 07. I now spend almost half my time on my northwest Indiana farm. Married for 36 years but my wife does not share my enthusiasm for the outdoors, but has no problems with me off hunting so much. I am a blessed man.

God reigns! We,super spouse,and I were at our U.P.
farm/hunting lodge for the month of Sept.Had a great
time,several friends visited,had agreat time harvesting our garden,did a lot of hunting,Ducks,Geese
with good sucess,dog worked really well with several
long blind retrieves.Had several Bear hunters in camp,
good sucess with two large black Bear,one 402&one 428!
Now getting ready for Whitetail,two trips planned also doing some phesant hunting,life is GREAT!
I have not been on much this past week due a few issues and wanted to wish you good luck hunting and to say be safe out there in the woods ..
