ABOUT ME
I'm a 33 year old Pastor who loves God and loves deer hunting.
I was 15 years old when I went on my first deer hunt. The way in which I harvested my first doe was unusual to say the least. I ran her down on foot before harvesting her. The race lasted less than 2 minutes. Unfortunately for her, some wild dogs had crippled her back legs making it easier for me to catch up.
If you love God and you love deer hunting...check out my 30 day devotional for deer hunters @ Barnesandnoble.com or Tatepublishing.com. See..."God Moments from a deer stand"
Thanks for your help! I'm looking at getting her a diamond. She's never shot before so before we spend the big bucks, we need to see if she's going to like it.
I highly recommend taking her to the bowshop and letting her shoot several (different brands) to find the bow that fits her the best. The bowshop guys are usually VERY helpful. There is one in Prague that is top notch. Thats where I got my bow. They will let her shoot it before she buys it.
Hey Linet, how many lbs to you pull back on your bow. I'm getting ready to get Shani a bow and wanted to know how much a girl needs to pull back to take down a deer.
As long as you get it set at the legal limit youre good to go. Mine is 46lbs I think and it gets the job done. What kind of bow are you thinking about getting her?
Yeah.....we had a pretty good couple of days....The Wallahachie is pretty good shed hunting!!!! You will have to go with us next year, it is a blast!!!
Glad you guys were able to get away for some alone time, that's awesome! This was my weekend to work so I've been glaring out the windows wishing I could get out and enjoy the beautiful weather we've been having. It's good to hear from you...talk to you soon.
Good to hear from you too and I'll tell my dad hello. I've been blessed to get 2 birds and was with my dad and sis on both of their 1st ever birds this year...both were longbeards! Anytime you want to come to Tn in the future, look me up. You'll have a place to stay and hunt if you want.

Andy! I love your sight man! Great to catch up with you on camospace. Did you do some gobbler hunting this spring? I saw plenty of birds, they just never came into range. Tell your dad I said hello!
