Chevy's are tough buggers! My mom bought a little s10 3 1/2 years ago, and it still has the same bad tranny in it! We've had loads on that poor thing that make big tricks groan! Hahaha

The only reason I drive a Ford is because it was my first truck and my step dad is a ford mechanic. It was the only truck I was allowed to get because when it would break down he could fix it at home. (and it kept him busy, trust me.) goodnight Chuck(: lol

if that were true then ford parts would be cheaper....but unfortunitaly thats not the case. Chevy parts are cheaper cuz they get replaces more often cuz they are crap. end of story. lol

So very true Drew , mass produced parts are way cheaper , it's simple economics ,, Ford don't need to produce as many so naturally the price for good quality parts are gonna run ya a few bucks more , but need to be replaced less often.


And that is the lesson of the day. Class dismissed.
