ABOUT ME
I was born in Kentucky, but have lived up and down the Eastern coast. I'm married and have three beautiful daughters and 5 grands and they all love to fish. Guess I did something right.
I'm a small town girl and like it that way. I like to be outdoors and with my dogs. If I'm not, then I'm going dirt track racing, dove hunting or fishing and the last is MY passion. I love to go on camping/fishing trips. Cook 'em up and enjoy with good times and a good bottle of wine.
I like to take life easy, don't sweat the small stuff. Enjoy what this life has to offer. You only have one shot at it. Make it worth while.

Had some fun down on the farm over the weekend! I missed a big doe Saturday evening late because I had to bend around bass akwards from a seated position to try for the tight angling away downhill shot with my bow, but I had to try, she was a big fat doe. She winded me coming in, did an about face and then stopped to look back. Then I almost walked into one of the big bucks as I was walking out in the dark. I didn't see him until he snorted at me! LOL! And I passed on a small cowhorn spike Sunday morning because we're only allowed 1 buck in Ohio and the trail cams definitely indicate I should hold out this year! The last trail cam picture is from another guys camera on a neighboring farm. It's a cell phone picture of his computer screen so it looks a little weird.
Had fun down on the farm for opening day weekend of bow season. Hunted Saturday morning/evening and Sunday morning. Had deer and turkey around several times but only deer close enough to shoot after legal time expired Saturday night and I could not see them. Even after I thought they were gone, I turned on my hat light to climb back down the tree and there were 2 young bucks standing 20 yards away. We got a few new bucks on trail cam to.
Join the club...like a new car..the newness wears off and you get back to being busy with your everyday life...
Been busy...just did a Ducks Unlimited Event...will be filming with the NH Fish & Game DEpt next week...have an Outdoor Expo right after and then teaching a wild game cooking class at a culinary school on Oct. 3rd...etc, etc, etc :) lol
