aww ok we have bow season for 4mth then shotgun in nov. we aint aloud to use high poweed riffles here

The reason for not allowing baiting if there is CWD present is because the disease can be spread by saliva. If an infected deer eats at the corn and a healthy deer eats there, that is how it can be spread. Trust me...I know it's a brain, neurological disease, but it can be spread from deer to deer. Go to www.cwd.com This website gives correct info on CWD.

CWD is not caused by baiting, unless the deer are eating animal parts. CWD is a brain disease, it was put into a mule deer by the game commission out west then the deer was released into the wild. i looked up CWD once and that is what i found. baiting deer is not harmful, it will not cause CWD, who ever told you that it is harmful to bait deer is lying to you.

Baiting is legal for deer but not turkeys in Ohio. I'm sure if we ever get CWD in Ohio baiting will be put to an end

No luck deer hunting, but it was exciting. I had 2 small 6 points under my stand fighting and the bigger one chased a doe while grunting at her! 2 hen turkeys walked by but I don't have a fall tag plus I have bait down.

Thanks my weekend so far was great spent the day with family for my mommas birthday party it was a all thing now im tired gonna rest tomorrow do the sunday house cleaning routine
