ABOUT ME
I love hunting and fishing. I also love to wakeboard and Snowboard. I pretty much do EVERYTHING outdoors. I am a pretty laid back girl. I am always happy! :) Thats the best way to be. I am going to school in Phoenix at Paradise Valley Communtity College and I also run track for them. I am going to school for forestry and fire ecology. Right now in the summers i work for the forest service on a fire crew. well if ya wanna know more just ask :)

ha.. guess im just that lucky! I got this same tag 2 years ago. I saw a huge bear this summer in 27. I worked at strayhorse all summer on the firecrew.
sweet deal. we caught three bears and the client killed a nice bear. i also spent half the night walking the bear wallow trail lookin for dogs haha
Question, Do you like fighting wildfires? Also, how did you get into doing it. I am a Geology student and i am thinking about doing it for an internship this summer, either that or park ranger, and was just looking for a little information. Thanks
Hey there.. I LOVE fightin fires! its an awesome job! I just applied to the forest service and got hired! didnt really do anything special. The forest service is really good to work for. The best thing to do is get your s-190 and s-130 classes done.. or the wildland firefighting courses before you apply. looks better on the app. but other than that its a great job, you learn a lot!! LOVED it!!
