just started taking my 7 year old out for her first experience, other than that i have not downed anything lately. These darn turkey tags are burning a hole in my pocket though!

by the way, do you like football? I'm a huge Chiefs fan, but also like Arizona Cardinals and Atlanta. My friends always ask me why, but I guess I just like the underdogs.

nope, no turkey tonight, went around the west side of the lake and seen maybe 10 doe and one really nice buck. ill swing by on fri and give you an arrow to see if they work for you.
I had been hearing about wakefield and rock springs dont know where the public area is but would like to find it. Just saw some pics of recent kills in those areas, big bucks big,lol, the kansas 2nd biggest non typical was just taken this month in rock springs area. By the way that outfitter that I was looking out is all booked up now. Was really wanting to go 3 days $600 food and room included along with can shoot as many turkeys as you have tags plus he videos the whole hunt and takes pictures. Really wanted to take advantage of that. By the way I got the next 4 days off. Work gave us thurs and fri and I was supposed to be off on sat sun. I would probably go in still but just got my insurance settlement from last years head on collision. Man i'm going to cabellas again the day after thanksgiving, .
good deal, im only off today and tomorrow, goin out here in a couple to try for a turkey again, want to go again in the morn but not sure if the wife will let me. im gettin pumped for next week, rifle opens and one of my co workers is buying me another deer tag to fill it for him, he likes to eat deer just not kill them. gonna try to get one rifle then another with my bow, deffinetley hook up then and i can help you drop one. best way to get over your bow huntin fitters is to drop one with a rifle. can borrow one of mine if you dont have one

Ya sorry I forgot to my name is robert but every one calls me ibs the hunting spot is on by spring valley rd by cat gemeni there is a old church boarded up take a right while the church is at you left look to your left you'll see a open field with public tag for turkey only never used it yet been on deer I do have about 5 more arrows my draw is 27 I'm able to hunt all next week just got to be to work by 3p I'm a night trainer, thanks

By the way what would you recommend dead down wind, scent awaay, and that 99% kill stuff lol I have used them all not sure which to stick with but dead down wind is expensive !!! ??? Thanks...
first, forgot to get your name, im Thad. second, either scentaway or the 99% stuff, either works the same. were the arrows in your quiver all that u had? if so, maybe the ones i cant use will work for you. and, where exactly was that turkey spot you were talkin about? ill hit my buds up about it and no one seems to know what u were talkin about. gotta talk with my wife about next week, so im not sure what days ill be able to hunt, should get atleast 4 of the 7 days to go though
Unfortunatly I didnt get out like I wanted either went tonight to same place no luck. But I did go practice shoot for a little bit and I shot the rage 2 blade which shoots good at 20 yrd but when I shot 40 yrds like the distance of the deer last night it went 30 and then did a weird quick drop never seen anything like it before is it me or what rages do? I am thinking of going to fixed blades slick tricks or muzz x4 what you think?
i've been taught from my father and uncles, shoot what you know, with that being said, i have shot the same arrow, broadhead, release and until now, bow since I have been hunting. My suggestion is; switch to mechanical broadhead. but not just any, ROCKET ARROWHEAD is the brand name, from there you have a few choices, i shoot the MINIBLASTER, which 75grain, but there are a few at 100 grain and so on, it depends on what you shoot. I shoot a lighter arrow and lighter grain broadhead because I go for speed, I often shoot at greater distances so i want my arrow to get there faster. As a beginer, i suggest to you a 100 grain broadhead, possibly the Hammerhead, but it depends on your arrow and set up. I most definately suggest to go to a mechanical broadhead. if for any other reason, when i practice i use feild points of course, when im ready to hunt, i just screw on my broadhead and ready to go! no sight adjustment needed, they shoot exactly the same. Until now i have shot a different kind of arrow that no other has, Delta Graffite, unfortunately they dont make my arrows any more, so i have two dozen i cant use no longer cause my new bow set up requires me to have an extra inch in arrow length, depending on what your shoot now, i can hook u up with my ready made arrows that i cant use any more. what part of town you live in? i work from 6-6 tomorrow and i may be able to stop by
