Setting up a header image on your profile
1) Upload or go to a picture that you want to use as your header image.
2)With that picture on the screen go to the upper left corner and click the word Actions
3) Click Set as Cover Photo
4) Slide the photo around into position and click save changes or cancel (if you don't like it).
Note that the exact size for the header image is 900x290
