I'm a pretty simple guy. I love to learn and experience new things. I'd absolutely love to spend every minute of my free time in the outdoors, if it were possible. I just moved to Colorado in January and I am excited about being so close to so many new things, plus the things and people that I love. My family means the world to me as they have stood by my side even when I was wrong. So far, I have enjoyed the people that I have met and things are going very well. I try to surround myself with positive people who like to laugh, even if it's at themselves! I am really into fishing (especially fly-fishing) and anything related. I am somewhat outgoing and will try just about anything once. I attended Texas Tech University in 2007 and Majored in Civil Engineering. I have had challenges that did not allow me to finish my education in Lubbock, TX. I am hoping to get into an environmental or natural sciences field in the future. I am planning to finish my education in that area. I have been looking at Colorado State Universtiy and Colorado School of Mines. I have decided to get into an environmental field because I consider myself level-headed, and that type of feedback is often needed with environmental issues. Sometimes we get emotional about the things we cherish and we forget the big picture. Some get so "wrapped-up" with a cause and often neglect basic needs. I feel that industry and/or commerce is necessary for our existance as humans. I also feel that there is a balance between protecting our environment and protecting our economy. I am looking forward to one day working with, and listening to, both sides and coordinating logical solutions to conserve resources and manage our environmental impact. Whatever happens, I am sure that God will guide me in the right direction to whatever is right for me. For now, I fish on...
