I live about 10-15 minute from wal mart. How many mouth calls did you buy? But one thing about it..is that it last as long as you don't abuse it. It's a long time purchase.
iv got 4 or 5 i think...iv just bought them here and there for the last couple weeks, started off i was tryin to cut back on chewin when i was workin around the house and stuff. well, how many times a day do you pass me without a chew in? see what won that huh. but then i started tryin to practice with it but i still dont want to get out where and "cluck....cluck....cleeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrr" and lose a bird ya know?
I know what you mean..trust me you make alot of mistakes, that why it so a challenge. I listen to my turkeys out here, so I try to sound like them. Don't help that I can do it with out a mouth call either. So when did you try to cout back? I always see you with a chew in.
you got the advantage man! how many turkeys you got? iv tried to cut back every now and again for the last little bit. not alot in the last 6 months, since i aint had a girl ridin my ass about it.
Right now I have 9 turkeys and I just started saving eggs to hatch. Btw..are you suppose to be riding her ass? lol...

yeah I like the slate call..it is easy to use..I like that one called JackPot..it sounds real good...the mouth call is tricky..you heard me using them..it's simple once you get it down....all you have to do is find the right place to put the tongue..It's like a woman..you work that tongue right, she purr and yelp ever time..I'm off the next 2 days..so stop by saturday and if have any slate calls left I show you how to work it..or give Jason a hollar..he's good with those
