hi my name is alan.i grew up hunting most of my life.now i enjoy takeing picures of live animals just about as much as huning them.so i hope you enjoy all the pictures i post of wildlife here in colorado.
ya ive seen alot of really nice bulls lately but alot of them have been on privet land but ive seen some on public forrests too
Isn't that the way it seems to go? The bulls get chased down on private property where I do my weekend hunting by about the second weekend, so I usually take a trip to the wilderness where there is much less pressure once a year when I can afford to - not sure if I'll make it there this year or not.
Have you seen any good bulls lately in CO? Or should I ask, have you taken any pics of good bulls lately? Love those pics you put on my comment section of the bulls under the tree. Awesome! We're just a couple weeks from opening day, now. Aug 30 - I can't wait!
I already had a huge itch to get the elk season under way (less than a month away!!!) and then you send me this awesome photo - I'm ready! That shot taken in CO?
Great pictures in your gallery. Is there a lot of ATV trails to ride in your area? I recently lost a 5000 acre lease beside my house and now its a 100 mile drive to the nearest public land that allows atvs. I miss being able to go across the street and ride anytime I wanted.
they seem to be takin more and more land away from us all the time but there is still lots of places to ride around here for now
It's the same here. Just a few riders who won't stay on the trails and areas get closed to all of us.

colorado is a wonderfull place but so is florida i bet
florida has beautiful sunsets and beaches! lol. I love Mountains and wild animals. We dont have near the cool stuff to shoot here. Colorado is on one of my places to visit

but wyoming is so cold
LOL! Colorado isn't? The first night we stayed there it had be like 80s that day and we were staying in Clark,WY and had never been there and we had no idea how bad the wind could be in the desert at night so we left the windows in the cabin open and woke up to a terrible sand storm with 20 degree temps at 2am in the morning! Quite humorous. lol.
