love to hunt, fish, camp,,& read,,love goin saltwater fishin, have been on an overnight fishin trip where we went 100 miles out, i dont get on a lease due to finances, hunt public property,,
My Grandmother on my Fathers side, Who passed years ago This woman never had a mean word to say about anyone,, she was the most wonderfull person i ever knew,,,our armed forces (where would we be without them)...My God,,

ABOUT ME
I am a single mother of 20 yrs. my son is now grown, when he got out of high school, i went into big truck driving.a wrecker dropped my personal truck on me and i am now disabled. facing back surgery. i have property in Joshua, Tx and just moved back on it after being gone for three years..I have three guys that i hunt with about an hour away from me..this is my Nephew, and 2 of his good friends. We generally hunt the Grasslands in Decatur Tx, This year i did'nt get a deer,, But there is allways next year.As long ..as i don't have to walk too awfully far, I can hunt. I have been on two game ranches down in South Tx. about 70 miles as the crow flies from Mexico. The pics posted are from 2007 i started training with my nephew to use a bow, but since my accident cant pull it,, i had to get a youth bow , the reach of a regular bow was to long and had a major problem with poppin my left breast,,(women if this has happned to u, u know how bad it hurts, the wrist is nothing compared to this area) a youth bow is the right draw size for me, I dream about the day that i can pull my bow.. when i'm @ the grasslands i use a 20 gauge with slugs, when @ a lease or south tx, i use a 270 tikka, w/nikon scope.......... would love too,,the only thing is i couldnt afford a huntin license this year,,,tex has nothing for disabled ppl,,,sux huh,,, my guys that i usally go with,, he allready got a buck/w bow,, and a bob cat w/bow...........
I am sorry to hear you not going hunting this year. How is that dog of yours coming along.....??
he is honrey as the day is long,,,i;ve taught him to sit, and shake thats it,,,he wants too much affection and wont listen,,with my disability it;s hard to handle him,,,you want to come to texas and get a lab pup thats 8 months old???? besides would love to meet u,,i;ll throw in the pup just for the pleasure of meetin u,
Well thank you that is a great offer but I am a hounds men.. Labs don't seem to mix well with me LOL

speakin of coyote,,,the biggest coyote i ever saw came into my neighbors yard the other night,,my dogs were kickin up a fuss and i went out and bam,,there he was,,way to close to homes,,,got brass balls i guess,,,,[/quote]

A lady was telling her neighbor that she saw a man driving a pick-up truck down the interstate, and a dog was hanging onto the tail gate for dear life!
She said if the pick-up truck driver hadn't been going so fast in the other direction, she would have tried to stop him.
A few weeks later, her neighbor saw this truck at the Bass Pro Shop. The pick-up truck driver is a local taxidermist with a great sense of humor! And it is not a dog it is a coyote.
Had fun down on the farm for opening day weekend. Hunted Saturday morning/evening and Sunday morning. Had deer and turkey around several times but only deer close enough to shoot after legal time expired Saturday night and I could not see them. Even after I thought they were gone, I turned on my hat light to climb back down the tree and there were 2 young bucks standing 20 yards away. We got a few new bucks on trail cam to.

well maybe u'll get to hunt some my money is very tight but im gona hunt thats all i get to do all year !! n i dont know about where u live but in MS if ur disable u dont have to buy license u just have to have proof on u that u draw disability!!!
